Returns Policy
Since tea and food items fall under consumable goods, we accept returns only in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Damaged or leaking packaging
Product expired on arrival
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only for verified and approved return requests.
After approval:
Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Items ordered by mistake
Products damaged due to customer handling
Replacement Option
In many cases, we may send a free replacement instead of a refund.
